Just a funny little story: yesterday morning, a colleague and I were headed down to Columbia College for an event, and we saw an odd sight.
At the time, we didn't realize it was being ticketed. We thought perhaps it was making a visit to our building. But, alas, no...
Too bad. THAT would have been more exciting than the time Bono came!

This seems to be some kind of giant Sausagemobile. I've always been a big fan of large Sausages. I wonder what it was being ticketed for? I couldn't get the link to open.

Ed: From what I gather, they were ticketed for "blocking a main artery," in this case Michigan Avenue. Apparently, Bush is allowed to when his motorcade comes through (and he's even less useful than the Wienermobile), but nobody else can. Terrorism, you know. Attack Of The Killer Sausages!! LOL
Stephen: From the few snatches of conversation I heard, I do believe that phrase might have been uttered, albeit in jest.
The weiner blocked a main artery. My it must have been very huge. Next time it better go up a backstreet.
I worked for a company that had Oscar Meyer for a client... I'm very familiar with the weiner mobile... "Very familiar"...:P
