I have Sprint, and have never had one problem with them...and only have ever even had to call ONCE- and that was only to have international dialing activated...so I have no complaints whatsoever about their service.
BUT- from working in a call center for a large travel agency- I know that this is a widespread thing- call centers do have to do this when callers become a problem. We had to cancel memberships every so often due to crazily abusive callers, perverts, people who would call every single day demanding refunds for issues they'd obviously invented in order to get something free, and so on...
Well, now I'm just damned jealous! I've worked in call centers like that, too, and we had to PUT UP with all the crazy fuckers that called in. As many times as they wanted! (Of course, we had terrible, drug-addicted managers who didn't know what they were doing, too.)

Well, if that doesn't make me want to cancel my Sprint account at the end of my two-year, I'm not sure what does.
That iPhone just tugged at me a bit. :)

So I can tell where Sprint is coming from...

That is hilarious...I would do the same thing.
