Keeping Up With The Joans (June 3, 2008 Edition)
This weekend, The Joans will be performing at Milwaukee Pridefest. This is very exciting for us, because it's a great place and a great time. I performed there with Flesh Hungry Dog a few years ago, and the sound guys are awesome and we have tons of space on the stage. We played on Sunday last time, but this time The Joans are playing on Saturday, so hopefully we'll get to see everyone in a festive mood on the upswing!

Sounds like a fun time. It's weird to me to think of pride being so early. But I hope you have wonderful weather and a great time is had by all.
The College crowd in Bloomington, Indiana would love The Joans. Now that you're taking the show on the road when might we expect you?

You guys should make a stab at international fame and come up here (okay, that's mainly so I can see you).
Maddog: I know, every city has their Pride festivals at different times! Most are in June, but never the same weekend (at least in the Midwest). Thanks for the good wishes! I hope we have good weather too.
Ed: We're certainly making our way around...we may very well hit Bloomington yet.
Sarah: We'd love to play in Canada sometime...of course, I have to get a Visa first (I keep neglecting that). :-)
