Once Again, The Lackeys Take One Up the Hoo-Hoo

In a ringing peal of justice's sweet, clear, silver bells, retribution is finally being meted out over the firing of eight U.S. prosecutors last year.

The Justice Department shows us how they earn that name by placing blame where it belongs and firing Alberto Gonzales ('s assistant).

Oops. Our bad.

They insist, however, that the firings were not politically-motivated. Of course they weren't. And those are Harriet Miers real eyelids, aren't they?

The story says that it was Miers who first questioned whether the White House shouldn't fire all prosecutors, not just the eight, saying it was time for "fresh blood."

Why, Harriet? Ya thirsty?

Oh well, I guess there won't be any justice any time soon. At least we don't have to look at Harriet Miers anymore.

In other news, General Peter Pace stands by his remarks made to the editorial board of the Chicago Tribune yesterday, in which he commented that homosexuality is immoral. He says he bases his remarks on his "upbringing." For the lay person, that means it's personal, and not supposed to reflect official policy. What a shame it DOES reflect the military's official "no ask, no tell" policy, and that he said it to a major news outlet.

He's welcome to his opinion. However, he is NOT welcome to inject personal arguments and beliefs into a policy discussion. I'm sure he just made friends of millions of bigoted neo-conservatives who will, ironically, masturbate to his picture online.

How welcome would Gen. Peter Pace be to his opinion if he said he hated all blacks and believes they should be slaves? Let's look in his closet and see who he's hiding. I can almost betcha he isn't actually a very religous person he just found a cause that didn't directly affect him and jumped on board. I for one would like to tell him where to get off!!!

I'm sure Peter Pace is a very heterosexual, boring person with absolutely nothing to hide.

And nothing to recommend him, either. Perhaps, however, he can write a book when he finally leaves office, "Ayy! You Lookin' a' Me!? The Brooklynite's Official Guide to Repelling Homosexual Advances."

Shall we assume John Travolta WON'T be buying a copy?

Private Peter Pace says he is never going to apologize for what he said. He says he was raised to believe Homosexuality is wrong and must uphold his principles. Good then I expect to see thousands of arrests over the next few days of those who have committed adultery and those who have divorced. All sin is the same in God's eyes. Of course being Gay is not a sin or Jesus would have said so. sure the Gen. Pace of his day, Paul said so but that was just his personal opinion. Jesus said whosoever will may come and drink of the waters of life freely. That means you me the poor the Black the Red the Yellow the Brown the Female the Male everybody that God has made. If God didn't make Gays, We wouldn't be here. Whew! I feel better.

Of course he also made Anita Bryant, Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson. Of course, that could prove he has a sense of humor. Like with the platypus.

It's the freewill thing. God made us all sweet and kind but some of us turned into real assholes. Hitler, Pat Robertson, Gen. Peter Pace, Bushie, Anne Coulter, etc. LOL.
