I hear my mom complain about her "art-er-itus" all the time. a bigger problem in the work place are all the jobs going offshore.
The CEO at Wal-Mart has systematically and singlehandedly closed every goods producing factory in the US. I saw the desperate look on the eyes of several plant manageres on 60 minutes. The Wal-Mart goons came in and ordered them to close and move to China. All I can say is, "You'll be sorry!!"
