We can't expect sanity from the Supreme Court anymore, but at least the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals hasn't completely lost its marbles.

The Purtanical background of America finds the female chest to be offensive. Why, because her breasts are larger? The feeling is that if women show bare breasts in public, men will not be able to control themselves. Maybe it's because of my sexual orientation but I think the female breast is nothing to get excited over. I would have preferred that Justin have the malfunction and his pants would fall down. ED

You're right about the Puritanism of America...The Idiots In Charge have decided to put a higher premium on matters of "family values" than on REAL morality.
