President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela has dispatched a crime-watching zeppelin to watch over the streets of Caracas.
Citizens fear that he's turning into Big Brother. I myself think there's a comedy routine in there somewhere ("Cheese it! Here comes the blimp!")

The Blimp oh sorry Zeppelin, should be black instead it is white and how fast can it move? I'd guess 3 or 4 miles per hour. Critics say the criminals will shoot it down. The Government said it is out of range, really? How far can a bullet go? I'm thinking a mile or two. Most crime occurs at night, does it have night cam capabilities? NO. Let's say the Blimp I mean Zeppelin seesa crime beign committed, teh guys back at the office call teh cops and the cops come running with sirens blaring. Guess what the criminals are long gone. It will be known as Chavez big ballon bust. Maybe Chavez should help the poor by sharing his Oil Money, then the crime might go actually go down.
