The Job That Nobody Wanted
It looks like President Bush is having trouble filling the post of "war czar"--the advisor on the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Maybe he should drop the word "czar"--it conjures up images of murdered Russian nobles or drug dealers. It might also help if the applicants didn't know beforehand whom they'd be working for...

I don't mind the word Czar, but doesn't Peace Czar sound better. A guy from my capitol city was killed in Iraq on Easter Sunday. His dad was on the news saying out of 140,000 why did my son have to die after being there only one month? The answer my friend is blowing in the wind. The wind is coming from the stink. The stink is from the White House. The White House killed your son. Your only son.
And the wind, my friend, is whistling between his ears...
