Live Footage of the Party That "Loves America"

The next time I'm tempted to fall for the GOP's line about how much they and theirs love America and want to put America's needs before partisan politics, I hope somebody remembers to show me this again:

On a side note, I sure wish I had a space heater to put in the food tent with those little pies with the Republican logo chocolate wafers in them--they'd have all ended up looking like chocolate Rush Limbaughs...

I would have to install shockwave version 11 to be able to see anything but my system is not able to support shockwave 11. That is what I was told after an hour of trying. So I see nothing but a tiny little green, red, and yellow box in the corner. I think it is caused by those conservative right asshats who don't want me to see the truth about them. haha. ed

Oh, don't worry, it's all over YouTube. If you get access to a different computer (like at the library, or somewhere), type in "Hookers and Blow Republican National Convention." (Apparently, the band hired at some fundraising do was called "Hookers and Blow"--I can see why the GOP was attracted to them instantly.)

Argh... just awful... I loved the pink boas though. It reminded me of when I worked for an ultra conservative real estate company and at one of their convention parties everyone got up and sang YMCA.

WTF...

Yes, it's always at their Annual Drunken Bashes that the folks at these "ultraconservative organizations" show their true colors...that way, they can use the excuse, "Oh, was SOOO drunk!"

(Which must apply to their weddings as well--I've seen some of the spouses.)
